Set against the backdrop of the Andes mountains, this popular area is famous for its red brick high-rises. 

The coliving space we offer is situated in Manila area, in the El Poblado neighborhood, a gastronomic and leisure area of the city, located 3 minutes from Poblado Park and 10 minutes from Lleras and Provenza Park, the Poblado Metro Station is just 5 minutes walking. 

If you are bored using the coworking space on premises you can always go to Communal Club Co. just 2 min away, walking. It is the newest and a very welcome addition to this neighborhood. They are a cafe (outdoors) and coworking (indoors). The Wi-Fi works great even from the further outside patio table. Sometimes they jam out to the music too loud so if you require silence, it might not be your best option. 

Another option for a coworking space nearby, again in 2 minutes walking distance is the Hija Mia Coffee Roasters. A classic cafe and well-known throughout all of Medellin. You’ll find the owner, Shawn, and his wife there in the mornings. They are known for both their coffee and food. 

Modern, bright, and filled with plenty of cozy corners, visiting the Provenza neighborhood is the perfect place to set up shop. You’ll be close to plenty of lunch spots and cafes, and within a 10-minute walk of your accommodation. With reliable Wi-Fi you’ll be ready to dive right into work. After a fresh cup of Colombian coffee, that is.

What to bring?

As the destination deal for Colombia is February and March. You have chosen the perfect time to escape the cold months. The weather in Medellin is like spring all year round. So, sundresses and shorts are essential! Climate all year round: low 17 C / 63 F, high 28 C / 82 F.
