Getting to WorkNomads hotel

How do I get there?

We’re easy to reach, however you choose to get here.

Our address is: 1A Yordan Yosifov 1700 Sofia, Bulgaria.

The city center and airport are about 30 minutes away. The nearest metro station, G.M. Dimitrov, is just a 15-minute walk away, and buses 94 and 280 stop right at our doorstep. If you prefer a taxi, we recommend Yellow Taxi or the TaxiMe app.

Can I get a transfer from the airport?

Yes, you can book a transfer to or from the airport through our GuestApp for €35, up to 24 hours before your arrival.

Where do I park?

Leave your vehicle safely in our parking on floor –2 upon your arrival – no need to check in first. Parking and electric charging stations are ready for you to use on a first come, first served basis.

How can I contact WorkNomads Hotel?

You can reach us by email at wnlabhotel@worknomads.com, by phone at +359 884 503 685, or via the chat function in the GuestApp. During working hours (Monday to Friday), our reservations team is also available via WhatsApp at +359 888 739 388.

Reception is open Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 22:00, on the 12th floor at the bar. After hours, please contact security on the 1st floor or call the number above.

What time is check-in?

Check-in starts at 14:00.

Early check-in (from 10:00) is available for €30, subject to availability.

Arriving late? No problem. Once you’ve completed your online check-in, you can arrive and access your room anytime, day or night. Reception is available 24/7: 07:00 to 22:00 on the 12th floor and overnight on the 1st floor.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 12:00.

Late check-out (until 16:00) is available for €30, and extra-late (until 20:00) for €70, subject to availability.

What should I do before arrival?

Please complete your online check-in using the link sent to your email. Make sure to upload a valid photo ID, download the GuestApp from Google Play or the App Store, and have your smartphone with you.

Your digital key will activate after 14:00 (or earlier if early check-in is confirmed), giving you direct access to your room and all hotel facilities.

I have children. Can I have an extra bed?

Yes. Cribs are free of charge, and extra beds are €15 per night, subject to availability. Please request in advance.

I have pets. Can they come?

Absolutely. Dogs and cats are welcome for €10 per week. Please book a pet-friendly room or confirm in advance.

Can I modify my booking?

For refundable bookings, cancellations or changes are allowed up to 24 hours before arrival. For non-refundable bookings, changes or refunds are not possible.

Colivers enjoy a special monthly breakfast rate – just ask at the restaurant.

Is there a kitchen or a restaurant?

Each coliving floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials.

Coliving guests also receive a 20% discount at the hotel restaurant.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, depending on availability. After your first month, you can extend at a prorated rate. Book a two-month stay in advance and enjoy a 10% discount.
